Terms of use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to inoumetrix.com and the use of the InouMetrix services: dashboards, connections to the platforms of your accounts, reports, goals, InouMetrix AI and the other features offered according to your plan.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using InouMetrix, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use InouMetrix for a business, you declare that you are authorized to bind it.

InouMetrix is intended for businesses and organizations. It is not aimed at consumers or at people under 18.

3. Your account and your organization

• You provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You protect access to your account and tell us without delay of any unauthorized use.
• The owner of an organization chooses the people they invite and their role, and remains responsible for their actions in the organization.

4. Connected sources

When you connect a platform (Google, Meta or another), you authorize us to read the data of that account through that platform’s authorization mechanism. You declare that you have the right to grant this access.

Your use of these platforms remains subject to their own terms. InouMetrix controls neither their availability, nor their limits, nor the changes they make to their data; a number may be corrected afterwards by the platform it comes from.

You can disconnect a source at any time. The authorization token is then destroyed and the imported numbers are deleted, as the Data deletion page describes.

5. InouMetrix AI

InouMetrix AI explains your numbers, answers your questions and prepares drafts (widgets, texts). It relies only on your organization’s data and says when that data is not enough.

Its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not financial, legal or professional advice. You check what it proposes before relying on it.

InouMetrix AI takes no action on your behalf: nothing is created, published or sent unless a person in your organization decides it.

6. Plans and billing

• The plans, their prices and what they include are described on the Pricing page. The free plan requires no credit card.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly; yearly billing includes a 10% discount.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled, which you can do at any time from the Billing page; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Applicable taxes are added to the prices shown.
• We may change our prices; a change applies at the next renewal, after reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use InouMetrix to access accounts or data you are not authorized to view
• try to get around the security, the separation between organizations or the limits of the platform
• deliberately overload the service, or use it to send unsolicited or abusive content
• resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement
• use InouMetrix in breach of the applicable laws or of the terms of the platforms you connect

Some features, such as publishing on social networks, are offered without a commercial limit on some plans, subject to the limits each platform imposes and to reasonable use that protects the service and your accounts.

8. Your data

Your organization’s data belongs to you. You grant us only the right to process it to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with any other customer and do not use it to train an artificial intelligence model.

9. Intellectual property

InouMetrix, its software, its brand and its content remain our property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the duration of your subscription.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We make reasonable efforts for InouMetrix to be available and accurate, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, or an outage of a provider or of a connected platform, may interrupt some features.

The service evolves: we may add, change or remove features. When a change significantly reduces a paid plan, we tell you in advance.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using InouMetrix and delete your organization at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that endangers the security of the service or of other customers, or whose payment remains unpaid, after notice when the situation allows it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InouMetrix is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data, or decisions made on the basis of the numbers or answers shown. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the twelve months before the event.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights a mandatory law grants you.

13. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document, and we inform you of significant changes before they apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Québec have jurisdiction over any dispute.
