How do you manage a YouTube channel for a business?
Publish regularly, take care of titles and descriptions, organize videos into playlists, answer comments, and follow a few numbers: views, watch time and net subscribers. INOU YouTube Studio brings these tasks together in InouMetrix, next to your other marketing analytics. Uploading a video is still done in YouTube Studio.
What INOU YouTube Studio does.
Secure channel connection
You authorize INOU YouTube Studio with Google using the account that manages the channel (brand accounts included). InouMetrix checks with YouTube that the channel is really authorized, keeps the tokens on its servers, and lets you revoke the access.
Video management
A library of your videos with search, filters by visibility and type, and sorting by date, views or likes. Change visibility (public, unlisted, private), set a custom thumbnail when the channel is eligible, or delete a video after a confirmation.
Titles and descriptions
Edit the title, description, tags, category and language. Before writing, InouMetrix reads the video again: if it changed on YouTube in the meantime, nothing is overwritten.
Playlists
Create, rename and delete playlists; add, remove and reorder their videos.
Comments
Read published comments, comments held for review and likely spam, reply to them and moderate them (publish, hold, reject). No reply is ever published automatically.
YouTube analytics
Subscribers, videos and total views, updated at each sync; views, watch time, subscribers gained and lost, likes, comments, shares and engagement rate (computed by InouMetrix) over 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, compared with the previous period. YouTube Analytics data arrives two to three days late, and the page says so.
INOU AI assistance
Suggest or fix a title, write a description, suggest tags, translate between French and English, draft a reply to a comment. INOU AI uses only your texts and the numbers read from YouTube, and promises no ranking. You review and save it yourself.

How do you use AI to optimize YouTube titles and descriptions?
Give the AI what the video really contains — its current title, description and tags — and ask for a clearer title, a description that answers the viewer’s question, or tags. In INOU YouTube Studio, INOU AI suggests, fixes or translates a title or a description from your own text; missing information is marked “[to complete]” instead of being made up, and no ranking is promised. You choose, edit and save.
Can you manage Google reviews and YouTube from one platform?
Yes: INOU YouTube Studio and INOU Reputation live in the same InouMetrix workspace, next to your dashboards. INOU Reputation is included in the Basic and Pro plans.
Does INOU YouTube Studio replace YouTube Studio?
No. It brings together what YouTube’s API allows — videos, titles, descriptions, playlists, comments, analytics — and opens YouTube Studio for the rest: uploading, pinning a comment, blocked words, profile picture, channel name.
Can I upload videos from InouMetrix?
Not yet. The library has an “Upload in YouTube Studio” button in the meantime.
Which plan do I need?
INOU YouTube Studio is included in the Pro plan, for every industry. The Free and Basic plans do not include it. INOU AI suggestions count toward your plan’s daily AI questions; editing them uses nothing.
Are my YouTube statistics up to date?
Subscribers, videos and total views are read live. Views, watch time and engagement come from YouTube Analytics, which publishes them with two to three days of delay; the page shows the last day available.
Is INOU YouTube Studio available today?
Not yet. The module is built, but it is waiting for Google to verify the YouTube permissions it requests (managing videos, playlists and comments), then a validation on a pilot channel.
